Its where MY heart will be tomorrow

Tomorrow morning as you drink your morning coffee, read the paper, take the dog out, feed the baby or catch up with the piles of work on your desk, I ask you to take a minute to say a quick prayer for my mother-in-law, Debbie. While you are doing those things, she'll be in the hospital being prepped for a 3rd heart surgery. She has a very severe case of atrial fibrillation causing her heart to beat up to 150 times per minute (up to 3 times per SECOND!). This has caused her to start having momentary loss of consciousness ("blackouts") making it very difficult to function. If you've ever met this wonderful lady, you could see that her tiny 5ft. 3in., less than 110 pound body cannot take this kind of overwork.
They have tried previously to stop this with unsuccessful surgeries and she has "broken through" multiple anti-arrhythmic medications. So, at 8:30 am, she will enter an 8 hour surgery to fix her broken heart. This will include a stay in ICU and multiple days thereafter on a less critical floor. I know my husband's entire family would be extremely grateful for your prayers. Not only for her, but also for the 2 physicians doing the surgery as well as the nurses and additional medical folks. We pray for a successful surgery with quick healing. We pray for little pain and nausea afterward. We pray that she can regain her life and have this in the past. Please pray tomorrow morning...because its where my heart will be also.

How sweet, Ash! And I'm already thinking about Debbie & will be praying for her all day. Starting now! She's blessed to have a daughter in law like you who cares so much.
